Handwritten forms "For whom? / No order" with signatures
Two internal form sheets bearing the handwritten mentions "For Whom?" and "No Order", with signature spaces left blank and initials that are difficult to identify.

Understanding this document
In this document
These two sheets p. 9-10 each bear the same handwritten mentions: "For Whom?" and "No Order" (p. 9, p. 10).
Each page also includes a signature space that remains empty, introduced by the word "Signature" followed by dots or an underline intended to receive a signature p. 9-10.
A handwritten initial, composed of two capital letters followed by a wavy line, appears under the text on page 9. On page 10, one can also distinguish an initial or handwritten initials accompanying the mentions "For Whom?" and "No Order".
Some elements remain uncertain and cannot be used as documentary facts: on page 9, a word diagonally at the top of the page is read with uncertainty as "Free"; on page 10, letters at the top of the page could form "GR", and inverted writing seen through the paper suggests "Fre..." — probably the trace of the text from the neighboring page seen through the transparency of the paper.
Context
No reliable contextual information can be attached with certainty to this document: neither the date, nor the author, nor the issuing department are specified in the transcriptions.
In general, this type of internal form with short mentions ("For whom?", "No order") suggests an internal administrative circulation use within an industrial company — for example, to indicate that a document or object is intended for a person without being the subject of a billed order — but this connection is a general hypothesis, not an element attested in the document itself.
Archivist's perspective
This is likely a template or a duplicate of a standardized administrative form, used at least twice since the same handwritten mentions ("For Whom?", "No Order") and the signature space appear identically on both pages p. 9-10.
The poor legibility of the initials and uncertain words ("Free", "GR") prevents the certain identification of the persons or departments concerned. It is not possible, as it stands, to link this document with certainty to the technical activity of Paul Magès or to the Hydraulics Expert Notebooks mentioned in other documents in the same collection, such as the presentation of the "Hydraulics Expert Notebooks" training (CIFC); this connection would remain speculative.
This sheet primarily illustrates the administrative and material dimension of the collection: alongside technical and educational documents, traces of internal circulation (forms, signatures) remain, which testify to the daily operation of the department, without it being possible today to precisely reconstruct their purpose or recipients.
